We only accept these payment methods via WhatsApp and or making payment at our Admin Counter.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I pay using eCapitaVoucher?
You can pay using eCapitaVoucher only at our Kallang Wave Mall branch and for students enrolled at GymKraft, Kallang Wave Mall.

2. Can I pay using a Credit Card?
No. We only accept NETS Card payment at our admin counters.
MAKE-UP POLICIES
NOTIFICATION
To qualify for a make-up token, customers must provide at least 18 hours notice through our customer portal or app only.​
​
Once the notice requirement is met, a make-up token will be issued after the missed class.
EXPIRY
Tokens expire 60 Days from the originally scheduled class date.
USAGE
To schedule a make-up lesson, please utilize our Customer Portal or the iClassPro App. Make-up lessons can be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are only permitted if another student has notified us of their absence.

Make-up lessons must be booked at the same level as your current class. (If your child is enrolled in KinGym, make-up lessons are to be booked under KinGym) If you have progressed to a higher level, your eligibility will be adjusted accordingly.
VALIDITY
Make-up lessons are a complimentary service available exclusively to our current clients. ​If you are no longer a client but still possess a valid make-up token, it cannot be redeemed.
NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE
​Make-up tokens are strictly intended to replace missed lessons within the token’s validity. Make-up tokens cannot be used to substitute or offset payment for lessons in a new term, nor can they be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
To submit future absences,

> Select Date
> Click [Submit Absences]
TRANSFER POLICIES
TRANSFER
Transfer​ of class is subject to availability. Class transfer requests must be submitted via the customer portal only.
​
A maximum of two transfers are allowed within one year.
To submit transfer request,

> Click [Enrollments]
> Click on Student's Name
> Select [See Classes]
> Use Filter function
