GYMNASTICS FOR ADULTS

Gymnastics is for everyone, even if you are 18 or 65 years old, you are never too old to start flipping!

 

Progressively improve your fitness, flexibility and strength through scaled groups and activities that cater to various levels of experience and physical conditions.

TEEN GYMNASTICS

13 - 20 years old

(1 hour duration)

Become strong in gymnastics.

​

Improve your strength, flexibility and build up your confidence.

​

Our youth curriculum will allow teens to enjoy gymnastics in a fun and progressive way.

20 years old & above

(1.5 hours duration)

Gymnastics isn't just for kids!

 

Get in gymnastics shape and start flipping and tumbling like a pro.

 

Come train, work out and have fun with others. No experience is required!

PARKOUR PLUS

13 years old & above

(1.5 hours duration)

Bring out the daredevil in you.

 

Jump, roll and flip your way through obstacles.

 

Our classes help you to safely attain the skills and confidence needed to take on both indoor and outdoor environments.

AERIAL ARTS

13 years old & above

Experience the thrills and challenges of training on aerial silks, hoops and poles.

 

Classes available from beginners, intermediate to advance levels.
