1. What is the suitable attire?👔Attire: Comfortable sportswear. Any breathable top with bottoms or leotards. No socks or shoes during our classes! ⌚️Accessories: No jewelry or watches. Do tie your child's hair before entering the gym. 👟Belongings: Bring a water bottle to hydrate during lesson. Kindly place shoes in the black cubby hole before entering the class and water bottles in the white cubby hole upon entry.

2. Can I enroll my child in more than 1 class?You can enrol your child in more than 1 Artistic Gymnastics class per week! There is no limit to the number of classes your child can enrol in. For example, if they are attending two BeGym classes in a week, it means that they will be training for 2 hours per week. 3. Can I transfer my child to another class?You may transfer your child to another class only once a year. You can also transfer your child to a suitable age group class once their birthday has passed. You may let our staff know and we will assist in transferring.

4. Are the classes fixed?Yes, for example, if your child is enrolled in BeGym, 5-6pm, on Tuesdays, he will need to attend BeGym classes every Tuesday of a week, in that same chosen timeslot, from 5-6pm.

5. Why are there different alphabet groupings?The alphabet groupings for example, KinGym: A and KinGym: B, are to group the students by age and or skill level. It is also to differentiate between KinGym classes that are ongoing at the same time, which are taught by different coaches too.

6. Will the Coach be the same throughout?Coaches are subject to changes as Coaches may be on Leave, Medical Leave or covering another class. Normal operation issues do require us to change and switch the coaches sometimes. We seek your understanding in this matter.

1. Are there Walk-Ins?/When to book a Trial?Trial Lessons must be booked 24 Hours in advance. GymKraft DOES NOT accept walk-ins. Confirmed Trial bookings will be notified through WhatsApp. Payment for the Trial will be processed once a screenshot of the transaction is sent to us.

2. How to book a GymKraft Trial?You will need to create a Parent Account on our IClassPro Customer Portal, https://portal.iclasspro.com/gymkraft, for yourself and a Student Account for your child. Then you may select the suitable timeslot for you or your child to book a Trial Lesson. If you need assistance, do write to us via WhatsApp.

3. Can the Trial fee be waived?Trial fees are NOT waivable or refundable. The trial fee of $54.50 is a separate charge from your child's Term fees and One-Time Membership fee. One student is entitled up to two Trials.

1. When can I enroll my child?You may enroll your child whenever! If your child decides to join us in an ongoing Term, we will pro-rate the fees accordingly. You will only need to pay for the number of lessons left in the Term.

2. My child wants to withdraw/take a breakYou may let us know through WhatsApp and your child's slot will be released. When returning, let us know 1 week in advance to secure a slot. No extra charges & no need to pay the One-Time Membership fee again.

3. Can I choose which Term Package to sign up for?No, we strictly follow our Terms! View our Schedule page for exact dates. Terms 3 & 6 are 8 Weeks long, will follow the 8 Lessons fee. Terms 1, 2, 4 & 5 are 9 Weeks long, will follow the 9 Lessons fee.

4. Will siblings get a Term Fee discount?Yes, the first sibling will receive a 10% discount and the following sibling will receive a 20% discount. We want to make sure that Gymnastics at GymKraft is accessible to the entire family!

1. Can Term fees be pro-rated?Yes, we allow for pro-ration of Term fees in ONLY Terms 3 and 6. Supporting documents such as flight or hotel booking information with dates will be needed to calculate the discounted Term fees.

2. What are the Term fees like?Our 1-hour Artistic Gymnastics classes, such as KinGym, BeGym, and TeenGym along with our 1-hour & 30-minute classes, such as Parkour and AdultGym, are under the Starter Pricing. Click here to view our Pricing.

3. What are 'Off-Peak hours'/Saver Pricing?Only our KinGym and BeGym programmes have Off-Peak timings which falls under the Saver Pricing. Off-Peak KinGym classes are from 3-4pm on *Weekdays while Off-Peak BeGym classes are from 7-8pm on *Weekdays. *Weekdays = Monday to Friday

4. Can the One-Time Membership fee be waived?No. Our One-Time Membership fee is to be made ONCE only! Some perks included are Membership discounts on Gymnastics Holiday Camps and a Welcome Pack which includes a GymKraft Totebag, T-shirt and more!

5. What are the payment methods?We only accept payment via QR Code (PayNow, PayLah, Standard Chartered Scan & Pay etc.), Bank Transfer and UEN Number payment. We also accept eCapitaVoucher (payment to be made at the admin counter). We do not accept Credit Card, Cash or GrabPay.

1. What if my child misses a lesson?If your child misses a lesson with a valid reason, a make-up token will be given. The token can be used to book a make-up class, on any timeslot, following the class (such as BeGym or KinGym) that your child is enrolled in. The token will only be generated after the missed lesson ends.

2. How to use the make-up tokens? Where to locate?You can use the make-up tokens by going to 'Account', select the student, then choose the 'Makeups' button to view the available make-up tokens. 'Use Makeup Token' to submit a make-up lesson request to the staff.

3. Can Make-Up Lessons be booked before the missed lesson date?No. Make-Up tokens will only be generated after the missed lesson ends. Hence, Make-Up Lessons are to be booked AFTER the missed lesson date(s). This is to avoid duplicate attendance and provides a clear class schedule for all staff at GymKraft.

4. Is there a maximum number of make-up tokens?There is no maximum amount of make-up tokens that can be in your child's account. Tokens will only be generated after every missed lesson ends. You may view the tokens in your child's account on our Customer Portal.

5. When does the make-up tokens expire?Make-up tokens are generated after the missed lesson ends. Tokens expire within 60 days. You may use the token within those 60 days. The tokens do not need to be used during the current/ongoing Term.

6. Make-up tokens are NON-TRANSFERABLEMake-up tokens are strictly intended to replace missed lessons within the token's validity.

7. Make-up tokens are NON-EXCHANGEABLETokens CANNOT be used to substitute or offset payment for lessons in a new Term, nor can they be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

1. How do I sign my child up for Holiday Camp?Create a Parent Account for yourself and a Student Account for your child on our IClassPro Customer Portal. 2. What are some learning objectives?Your child will have heightened physical body control and flexibility, alongside building their strength and balance when executing gymnastics and parkour skills! They will be confident little ones after exploring and executing skills on the Floor, Beam, Bars, Vaults and Trampoline. Gymnastics and Parkour helps stimulate their brains while working on their problem solving skills as students learn to overcome obstacles on the spot.

1. Are there any Private Lessons?Yes, we do offer Private Gymnastics Lessons. The Private Lessons can be done at either our Yo:Ha Tampines or Kallang Wave Mall branch. Do contact us at +65 84884644 (GymKraft at Tampines) for more information. This is because GymKraft Tampines handles all Private Lesson enquiries 😁.

2. Are Open Sessions available?Yes, Open Sessions are only available at GymKraft Yo:Ha Tampines. Participants must be 13 years of age and older. View our Open Sessions page for more info, click here.
