Teen and Parkour PROGRAMMES
For our older ones. Our TeenGym and Parkour programme prepares them for both indoor and outdoor fun. Perfect for all skill levels.
Parkour Kids
Classes are 1 and a half hours long. The Parkour class at GymKraft for children will focus on precision jumping and various vaulting skills such as dash vault and speed vault. This class prepares children to Parkour safely in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Parkour Plus
Parkour Plus is 1 and a half hours long. This is the Parkour class at GymKraft for advanced students who have mastered basic Parkour techniques. The Parkour Coach will teach children and teens how to safely execute harder level skills and to perfect their flips.

TeenGym
Classes are 1 hour long. This is GymKraft's Artistic Gymnastics class for Teenagers. Students will be learning skills such as cartwheels, rolls and flips taught by supportive GymKraft Coaches. Perfect for teens who would want to stay active.
Ages 13 to 20
